Hi, I’m Emily! I graduated from Bryn Mawr College in 2014 with a Bachelor’s degree in English and have spent over a decade tutoring writing. I began my career as a peer tutor in the Writing Center at Bryn Mawr, working with students of all years across all subjects.

I then spent two years tutoring full-time at New York University in Abu Dhabi, working closely with students from over 100 countries to improve their writing skills.

I also spent seven years tutoring high school and college students across the country in an online writing center.

I have spent the last five seasons reading applications for UC Irvine, evaluating thousands of high school students for admission within the highly selective UC system.

Outside of tutoring, I enjoy running, hiking, reading, and spending time with my pets.
