What do I offer?

I offer private, 1:1 writing tutoring for high school and college students, as well as college essay consulting for high school juniors and seniors. I also work with adults on personal and professional writing. I can support all kinds of writing, from cover letters to graduate school applications to creative writing.

I am also able to tutor some other subjects on request. Please see below for more information about specific services and pricing.

Where do I work?

I am available to meet in person at coffee shops or libraries in Tehaleh, Bonney Lake, Sumner, Buckley, and Enumclaw.

I also provide virtual tutoring via Google Meets if you are located outside of these areas or prefer to meet virtually.

Writing Tutoring

1:1 tutoring sessions to brainstorm, draft, or review academic, professional, or personal writing

Other subjects (reading, test prep, support for English language learners, etc.) may be available on request.

$75/hour

College Essay Consulting

1:1 consulting sessions to brainstorm, draft, or review college application essays

$150/hour

College Essay Package

Includes the following:

  • One initial 90-minute brainstorming session

  • Two 60-minute sessions to review drafts

  • Copyediting and feedback on final draft

  • Email support and consultation between sessions
